Auriga Industries A/S is the parent company of Cheminova A/S which is a global company with an annual turnover of more than DKK 4 billion.

Cheminova is manufacturing fine chemicals with plant protection products as the main business area. The core activity is development, production and marketing of plant protection products for eradication of weeds, insects and fungi.

Cheminova has a market-leading position within several of its business areas. Cheminova has developed a wide range of plant protection products by in-house registration and process and formulation development and markets the products in more than 100 countries worldwide. Exports account for 99%.

Cheminova has approx. 800 employees in Denmark and 1,000 abroad.

Auriga is listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen.
