Bonus Scheme

For use at the general meeting held on April 21, 2008, a proposal to general guidelines concerning performance-related remuneration of the Board of Directors and the Board of Executives was released as a company announcement together with the notice convening the general meeting on April 4, 2008.

The general guidelines concerning performance-related remuneration of the Board of Directors and the Board of Executives were adopted on the general meeting on April 21, 2008.
