Profit-sharing

The employees of Cheminova A/S attend a profit-sharing programme.

Every year, the employees get 4.3 per cent of the result on ordinary operations in Cheminova. The payment takes place according to the wishes of the single employee by way of shares in Auriga Industries A/S or company bonds or cash according to special rules.
