Annual general meeting
Auriga’s annual general meeting will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2010, at 2 pm at the Auriga offices, Thyborønvej 78, 7673 Harboøre, Denmark.
All shareholders are entitled to request that a particular item be included on the agenda for the annual general meeting. Such requests must be submitted to the company no later than six weeks prior to the annual general meeting. The deadline for proposing items to be included on the agenda for the annual general meeting in 2010 is thus Wednesday, March 10, 2010.
