An InvestorPortal has been established together with Auriga's authorised registrar VP Investor Services.
The InvestorPortal is the direct line of communication between Auriga and the shareholders.
The InvestorPortal enables your direct log on with a code, which you will receive from VP Investor Services upon order in the InvestorPortal.
Online you can see your personal holdings of registered Auriga shares.
Registered shareholders can order Auriga's Annual Report, Cheminova's CSR report and the notice convening the annual general meeting to be delivered by ordinary mail or email in future. You can also sign off your subscription to shareholder letters.
In relation to annual general meetings you can order admission cards and issue proxies in the InvestorPortal.
