An InvestorPortal has been established together with Auriga's authorised registrar VP Investor Services. 

The InvestorPortal is the direct line of communication between Auriga and the shareholders.

The InvestorPortal enables your direct log on with a code, which you will receive from VP Investor Services upon order in the InvestorPortal.

Online you can see your personal holdings of registered Auriga shares, and registered shareholders can order Auriga's Annual Report and Cheminova's CSR report to be delivered by ordinary mail or e-mail in future.

In relation to annual general meetings you can order admission cards and issue proxies in the InvestorPortal.
