Capital increase
Auriga Industries A/S was introduced at the Copenhagen Stock Exchange in 1986 with a share capital of DKK 127,5 million. Since then, the share capital has been increased in 1988, 1993, and 1996 through the issue of bonus shares.
- At the company´s ordinary general meeting on May 16, 1988 it was decided to increase the share capital of the company by DKK 25.5 million bonus shares, allocated with DKK 10 million class A shares and DKK 15.5 million class B shares. The bonus shares were given in such a way that each share of DKK 250 was increased to DKK 300. At the same time, each share was divided into 3 shares of each DKK 100. The share right was not negotiable.
- At the company´s ordinary general meeting on May 12, 1993 it was decided to increase the share capital through the issue of bonus shares amounting to DKK 38,250,000 so that the A share capital was increased by DKK 15 million and the B share capital by DKK 23,250,000. The bonus shares were given to the A and B shareholders at the ratio of 4 to 1. The rights of the B shares could be traded at the Copenhagen Stock Exchange in the period June 1-14, 1993.
- At the company´s ordinary general meeting on May 14, 1996 it was decided to increase the share capital through issue of DKK 63,750,000 B shares as bonus shares. The bonus shares were given at the ratio of 3 to 1. The rights of the B shares could be traded at the Copenhagen Stock Exchange in the period June 13-27, 1996.
