Notification of significant shareholdings
According to the Danish Companies Act, articles 55-56, anyone holding Auriga shares shall as soon as possible notify Auriga of such shareholdings when:

The voting rights attached to the shares represent at least 5% of the total voting rights or at least 5% of the total share capital.

A change in a holding already notified entails that the limits of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 50, 90 or 100% and the limits of one third or two thirds of the total voting rights or of the total share capital are reached or are no longer reached.
Such a notification must be forwarded as soon as possible to Auriga via investor@auriga.dk. Auriga will then release a company announcement about the trading as soon as possible.
Simultaneously with notifying Auriga, the shareholder must also report the shareholding to the Danish FSA. |
